THERMO LABEL TEST COMPLIANCE

We exceed the standard

Granting 71°C measured on the plate surface for dishware sanitation and HACCP compliance.

Currently available as an option for tunnel machines. Standard on ThermoCare units.

Thermo Label Test compliance is commonly measured through dish test strips featuring a temperature sensitive element that produces a non-reversible white to black color change at 71deg C.

THERMAL DISINFECTION

A Step Further in Hygiene

A range of professional dishwashers that, besides the standard sanitization of dishware and various kitchen items, further reduce the microbial load on surfaces and grant thermodesinfection and unbeatable hygiene.

Thermal disinfection execution available on ThermoCare units as a standard (A0 value from 60 to 300 - EN 15883-1) and on Comenda Flight Machines as an option.

This process allows to remove dirt from your crockery and ensures a significant reduction in the amount of microbial life on the dishes, garanting maximum hygiene, in compliance with the current regulations. In standard high-temp units (DIN 10534), full sanitisation is achieved across the Comenda range.
